In summary, the Service provides a software platform to manage manufacturing cycles, lots, and time schedule.
The Service is also subject to the terms and conditions of use (Terms of Service – ToS).

Before providing us with personal information about another individual you must (unless otherwise agreed) have the appropriate and necessary permissions to share such personal information with us for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement and any other applicable privacy notices .
If we do not collect, or you do not provide, your personal information to us, we may not be able to provide the Service to you.
We collect personal information from you during your use of the Service through its functionalities, such as forms, records, etc.

Your personal information will be retained in accordance with our global data retention policy which categorises all of the information held by us and specifies the appropriate retention period for each category of data. Those periods are based on the requirements of applicable data protection laws and the purpose for which the information is collected and used, considering legal and regulatory requirements to retain the information for a minimum period, limitation periods for taking legal action, good practice, and our business purposes.
In some cases, we may share your data with people from our staff, or consultants or external companies, who provide assistance to the Service and / or to the infrastructures of the Service for maintenance purposes, fixing bugs and errors.

We manage security in line with international best practice.
